Help for Photo Upload

The StainedGlass Photo Upload Applet allows you to make a copy of your photos on the StainedGlass website. They will be placed in your photo album (in the My Photos tab).

Before you upload your photos, open the folders containing the photos you want to use in StainedGlass.

In the My Photos tab, click on Upload. If you do not see the Java applet for adjusting the collage, Java is either not installed and or not enabled in your browser. You can find more information in the FAQ. If you do not want to install Java, or you are using a browser that cannot use Java 1.3 or higher, please use the alternative method for adjusting collages.

If you are using the Java applet, you can upload by dragging your photos from your folder to the box on the Upload page or by browsing to your photos, selecting the ones you want and clicking on Open. If you do not have Java, you will need to browse for each file one at a time. After you have chosen your files, you need to click on the Upload button to complete the upload.

Upload Method	How to do it
Drag and drop in upload window	Drag the photos you want to use into the upload box and drop them there. They will upload automatically.
Browse, select and open photo files	Click on Browse. Browse to the folders where you have the photos you want to upload. Select one or more (shift click for multiple files) and click Open. They will automatically upload.
Add files one at a time	Select one of the Choose File button for each photo file you want to upload. If you select the Choose File button that already has a file associated with it, you will replace that file with the new one. Once you have selected up to 20 files, click on the Upload button to complete the upload.
