FXPAL will then send an email to the invited parties containing a link to the Site, allowing them to view the Images. Please note that the invited parties may, if they choose, forward the email from FXPAL to other parties without your permission. Also, FXPAL employees may view the Images in the course of providing the services offered on the Site for the purpose of correcting problems with your account and any other purpose reasonably necessary to insure the smooth provision of services. 8.
